Gary P. Fayard chief financial officer joined the company in 1994 as vice president and controller. In 1999 he was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of The Coca-Cola Company. Gary was promoted to his current position in 2003.
Prior to joining the company Mr. Fayard served 19 years with Ernst & Young concluding his service there as partner area director of audit services and area director of manufacturing services.
Mr. Fayard currently serves on the Board of Directors of Coca-Cola Enterprises Coca-Cola SABCO and Panamco.
He also serves on the Board of the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts The Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council The University of Alabama Board of Visitors and the Financial Executive Institute. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and is participating in the American Assembly at Columbia University concerning the future of the accounting profession.
Mr. Fayard is a graduate of The University of Alabama. He is a CPA in Georgia and Alabama. |
