Gary concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial and Tax-exempt Finance, Estate Planning and Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Workout.
He manages the firm's tax-exempt bond issues and has acted as bond counsel and/or purchaser's counsel in hundreds of such issues since 1978, has represented lenders, purchasers, and developers in real estate and finance matters for over twenty-five years, has represented secured lenders, including the FDIC and RTC, in commercial workout and restructuring matters, and is actively involved in estate and corporate planning for individuals and business owners.
