Mr. Borgna is responsible for managing the drilling operations and for buying, selling, and overseeing the maintenance of equipment for Tri-Valley�s drilling subsidiary: Great Valley Drilling Company LLC based in Fallon, Nevada. He seeks out, negotiates, and structures contracts with existing and new customers, as well as overseeing all Nevada personnel. Mr. Borgna has 45 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a specialty in geothermal drilling. He started his career as a tool pusher, foreman, and rig builder, and progressed to being a consultant and eventually owned his own business. Prior to Tri-Valley, he worked for Hunnicutt & Camp Drilling, served as a consultant for Binkeroff Signal, and owned and operated his own trucking, rigging, and crane service company.
