Gary Callahan serves as a sales manager for AmREIT�s east coast region. Mr. Callahan is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with broker-dealer representatives with the purpose of raising capital for AmREIT�s investment programs through the NASD marketplace.
Mr. Callahan has over sixteen years of experience in sales and marketing in the financial investment industry. Prior to joining AmREIT he served as a regional marketing director for Lincoln Financial Group where he was responsible for marketing and sales to major broker dealers and financial institutions.
Mr. Callahan received his Bachelors of Arts degree in communications from Rutgers University and holds his series 7, 65 and 63 securities licenses. He has also completed the CFP certification course.
