Description of Practice:
Gary is senior counsel in our San Francisco office, where he is a member of the firm's Litigation and Environmental groups. His practice involves the representation of a wide range of clients in environmental and business litigation matters. His environmental practice focuses largely on the litigation of common law and statutory environmental claims, ranging from nuisance, trespass and contribution actions to actions brought under RCRA, CERCLA, and the Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act. Gary's business litigation practice entails the representation of clients in commercial and real estate disputes.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Gary was a litigation associate at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold LLP in San Francisco.
Gary is admitted to the State Bar of California, and is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the American Bar Association. Gary is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California.
