Gayla joined LOGIX in July 2000 with more than twelve years of human resources management experience. As the Vice President of the PEOPLE! Department, she is responsible for the overall management of the human resources function, including benefits and payroll administration, recruiting, and employee policies and procedures.Prior to joining LOGIX, Gayla was Human Resources Manager at Kemper Cost Management. She also held a director-level position at C.H. Guernsey & Co., and was Vice President of Human Resources at Founders Bank & Trust Company. Gayla attended college at Oklahoma State University and Southern Nazarene University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management, as well as the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society. In January 2006, Gayla passed the Society of Human Resources Management certification exam earning her the distinction as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). |
