Mr. Li is General Manager of Tianjin Huanqiu Investment Co., an experienced researcher with Tianjin Social Science Academy. Mr. Li is a pioneer in the development and operation of China's stock market. When he was working for the municipal government, he was responsible for the review and administration of reorganizations of assets and going public of state-owned enterprises. He is engaged in the research of the policies for China's stock market. He has co-authored several instructional publications. He was Section Chief in Economic System Reform Commission of Tianjin Municipal Government from 1985 to 1993 and Vice General Manager of Investment Banking Department of Junan Securities Company from 1994.
