Mr. Wallace has served as Senior Managing Director of investment banking and corporate finance for SAMCO Capital Markets since 2001. Mr. Wallace has headed the Dallas corporate finance department for a major New York based firm Lehman Brothers. In Dallas, he was responsible for opening the Lehman Brothers corporate finance office. He also headed the corporate finance office for a major regional firm, Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, now Royal Bank of Canada Dain Rauscher Wessels. During the last twenty-five years, he has initiated and carried out banking transactions with firms such as Texas Instruments, Centex, Southwest Airlines, UCCEL, Ken Davis Industries, Intecom, Enterprise Products, L.P., Vintage Petroleum, Doskocil Manufacturing, Rent-A-Center, Belmont Homes, Play-by-Play Toys, NCI Building Systems, Service Drilling and Varel Manufacturing. Mr. Wallace served as a navigator with the rank of Captain in the United States Air Force. He earned both a B.S. and M.S. degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign. |
