Gene Guertin brings over 28 years of IT experience to SDS as Chief Information Officer. Before joining SDS in 2001, Guertin was Senior Vice President of Operations and Development for zipzap.com, a wireless application service provider, and Vice President of Development for USGift.com, a large web-based wholesaler. Guertin has extensive IT leadership experience with such companies as American Business Products/Curtis 1000, Tanner Companies, GTE/Contel and Bechtel Engineering. Guertin holds a Master`s degree in Management from Frostburg State College in Maryland, a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from NJ Institute of Technology, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland. |
