Genevieve Evarts is a litigation associate in FLK's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, including unfair competition, environmental and insurance coverage actions, and employment law counseling and litigation.
Before becoming a lawyer and joining FLK in 2003, Ms. Evarts was a consultant for Accenture in Chicago, IL. During law school, Ms. Evarts served as an extern law clerk for Chief Judge Marilyn Hall Patel, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.

Representing the City of Lodi in environmental cost recovery and insurance coverage claims in state and federal court.

Reviewing client policies and handbooks to ensure legal compliance on employment-related issues.
Representing non-profit agencies in connection with employment law matters and providing pre-litigation counseling regarding compliance with state and federal laws.
