Ms. Ramamoorthy has over 16 years of experience in various industries. Prior to co-founding Technosoft Ms. Ramamoorthy started her career in 1990 as a Teaching Associate with the Government College of Engineering in Tirunelveli, India. Later in her career Ms. Ramamoorthy joined Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB) in Troy, Michigan, USA to support Ford Motor Company as an MIS Systems Analyst in 1994.

Ms. Ramamoorthy graduated from the Government College of Engineering (India) with a B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering Mathematics. She also earned an M.S.A. in Software Engineering from Central Michigan University (USA). Ms. Ramamoorthy is also a Certified Oracle Professional.

With hard work and the application of basic business strategies Ms. Ramamoorthy co-founded Technosoft Corporation in 1996, today a $44M Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services provider.
