Mr. Eisenberg has served as a Director of LiveOps since July 2004. Mr. Eisenberg also served as a Management Advisor to LiveOps from 2003 to 2006, concentrating on organizational development, strategic planning, CEO coaching, and the installation of a professional management system.Geoff Eisenberg joined West Marine, Inc., the country's largest specialty retailer of boating supplies and accessories, as its CEO on December 10, 2007. Eisenberg is a highly disciplined operational strategist, values-driven manager, and an experienced leader. He has had a hand in shaping West Marine's service-driven culture and in formulating its current growth strategy, as both an executive of the Company and a member of its Board.Mr. Eisenberg has been closely involved with West Marine for almost 32 years. He held various senior executive positions from 1976 until 1994 and has been active with the Company in one senior capacity or another right through to his current appointment as President and CEO.Most recently, Eisenberg ran a highly successful management and strategic consulting business specializing in CEO training and professional management development.
