Geoff's current responsibilities include managing Kinect's Chicago and New York offices. His eMarketing experience and expertise help guide Kinect in the development of multi-channel strategies, and the associated creation of online and digital communications.
Focusing on both healthcare professionals and consumers/patients, Geoff and Kinect create a variety of acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention programs. These programs--clinical and promotional--provide pharmaceutical brands with the means to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with a target audience.
Geoff has been instrumental in applying audience segmentation strategies to multi-channel solutions. Under his guidance, highly-targeted messaging has been delivered via Tablet PC programs (driving effective interactions between pharmaceutical sales representatives and physicians), email, conventions, eDetailing, handheld devices, and other channels.
Geoff's background has always included healthcare communications. He applied this experience to interactive marketing in 1989 when he founded McCann Erickson's Interactive Group. Serving as managing director, Geoff became one of the early pioneers in the digital revolution. In 1995, Geoff founded Two Way Communications, and continued breaking new ground in pharmaceutical eMarketing. Companies such as Merck, Lilly, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pfizer, Abbott, GlaxoSmithKline, Bayer, and Johnson & Johnson have all benefited from his direction on a wide array of eMarketing and digital initiatives. |
