Mr. Nelson has corporate responsibility for all functional disciplines of Human Resources including Labor Relations (union and non-union), compensation, training and executive development, employment and recruiting, policy development, EEO/AA, and security. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President Human Resources for Hydro Aluminum North America, Director Labor Relations for AMP, Vice President Human Resources for Joyce International, Vice President Human Resources for Chartwell Group and Director Labor Relations for Shop-Rite Supermarkets. Geoff has served as Chief Spokesperson for 38 collective bargaining negotiations and has a 23 win/2 loss record in NLRB elections. He holds an MS Degree in Personnel Administration and Labor Relations from the George Washington University and a BS in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy |
