Geoffrey G. Meader focuses in general business law, providing services to established businesses as well as entrepreneurs. Geoff uses his prior business experience to understand his client�s situation and then works together collectively to ensure the best solution to their legal issue.Before attending law school, Geoff was a member of the senior management team of a Massachusetts financial institution, where he was responsible for real estate lending, asset sales, compliance and regulatory affairs. He was also involved working within the community to develop, finance and construct affordable housing. Additionally, Geoff was active in efforts to upgrade and rehabilitate existing housing stock to provide safe rental housing and help revitalize urban areas. Geoff was born in Providence, Rhode Island. He graduated from Lawrence University in 1980 and the Massachusetts School of Financial Studies in 1993. Geoff graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 2000. Geoff joined Looney & Grossman full-time after clerking as a Northeastern co-op student. He was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2001. Geoff is a member of the Boston Bar Association and is active in Business Law, Real Estate and the Intellectual Property sections.Geoff currently lives in Marshfield, where he and his wife and are raising three children and he has organized the establishment of a Boys and Girls Club in the town of Marshfield. |
