Geoffrey Young has over 25 years of experience representing publicly traded and family-owned business clients in their credit-based and secured financing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and general corporate matters. He has represented a private foundation in the financing of a college dormitory project through the issuance of tax-exempt, municipal bonds and has organized a number of tax-exempt, charitable organizations and assisted them in obtaining their federal tax-exemptions. He also helps clients with their estate planning, especially their business succession planning.
