Geoffrey G. Blunt is a Vice President with FMV Capital Markets, the investment banking division of FMV that offers services relative to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. With a solid background of over twelve years in corporate finance and investment banking, Mr. Blunt assists owners of privately held companies to proactively plan for a transition event, evaluate a variety of potential liquidity strategies, and navigate the mergers-and-acquisitions process to yield a transaction that will maximize the ultimate proceeds. His experience in working with many diverse enterprises across a broad range of industries, combined with his knowledge of the marketplace, qualifies him to advise entrepreneurs on the timing of a transition, as well as the development and implementation of value-enhancing strategies for a future sale or other transition.
Prior to joining FMV, Mr. Blunt served as a Vice President at Pacific Mergers & Acquisitions in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Blunt earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Entrepreneurial Studies) from the University of Southern California. He is a Series 7, 63 and 55 Registered Securities Representative and he is actively involved in the Association for Corporate Growth. |
