Geoffrey J. Kelly is general counsel and senior vice president of The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Kelly joined the Company in Sydney in February 1970 as a manager in the Legal department for the Australasia area. Since then he has held a series of positions with increasing responsibility in the Legal departments of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company providing legal counsel for operations in Asia Africa and Europe.
In September 2003 he was appointed chief deputy general counsel of the global Legal function and in February 2004 he was elected senior vice president of The Coca-Cola Company. He was named general counsel in July 2005.
Mr. Kelly has served on the boards of a number of joint venture companies and Company subsidiary operations overseas and is currently a member of the Board of Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (an Australian public company with operations in Australasia Oceania Indonesia and South Korea). He also serves on the Audit Finance and Compliance Committee of the Board of Coca-Cola Amatil.
