Geoff Sturr represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings. His recent cases have involved claims against lawyers and law firms and disputes involving businesses, real estate, and insurance coverage. He also conducts internal corporate investigations and represents clients in administrative and bar disciplinary proceedings. Much of his work outside the firm has involved professional responsibility and lawyer regulation. Geoff has served on the State Bar's Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and as a hearing officer for the Disciplinary Commission of the Arizona Supreme Court. He is a Trustee of the Client Protection Fund. He is an instructor for the State Bar's Professionalism course and regularly speaks on professional responsibility issues.
