George A. Fisk serves as CEO and Vice Chairman of the LegacyTexas Group and LegacyTexas Bank working directly with the executive management team to facilitate growth, refine strategic direction,
and enhance corporate performance.
Mr. Fisk has worked in financial services for more than 30 years, including 18 years working with LegacyTexas Bank in his role as a partner at McGladrey and Pullen, an independent accounting and consulting firm.
In addition to his extensive financial services background, George is a board member of the Independent Bankers Financial Corp., an advisory board member of the College of Business of the University of North Texas, and a member of the Chief Executives Round Table. He holds a BA in government from Texas Tech University, as well as an MBA in banking and finance from the University of North Texas |
