Mr. Franklin, president of Franklin Public Affairs LLC, a federal and state lobbying firm, has an exclusive strategic alliance working with Dykema's Government Policy practice area. Previously, he was vice president - worldwide government relations for Kellogg Company.
Mr. Franklin served as a legislative aide in the office of former New Jersey congressman Frank Thompson and on the Special Subcommittee on Labor of the U.S. House of Representatives. He also served as election counsel for the Carter presidential campaign in 1976, as special counsel to the Maryland Consumer Council, and as a staff assistant to the Sergeant at Arms in the Florida State Senate.
