George B. Snell graduated from Yale University in 1947 and received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1952. Thereafter, he was a partner at Turk, Marsh, Kelly & Hoare and Bryan Cave LLP in New York City before joining McLaughlin & Stern in 1998.
His legal career has been concerned primarily with trusts and estates and related fields of law. His areas of concentration are estate planning and administration, estate and gift taxes, and private charitable foundations. For many years he was secretary and a director of the Eye-Bank for Sight Restoration, Inc., and he is involved with several private charitable foundations in addition to work in the land trust field in New York State. |
