George E. Emmons Jr. is executive vice president and national manager of the Commercial Banking and Real Estate Capital Divisions at KeyCorp. He is responsible for the development, profitability and quality of both the Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate portfolios on a national basis.
Emmons joined the former Society National Bank (now Key) in 1992 from Huntington National Bank, Columbus, Ohio, where he served for six years as executive vice president and group head of the Commercial Real Estate Group. He has more than 27 years of banking and commercial real estate experience in the origination, placement and servicing of income property real estate loans. Previously, he held commercial real estate management positions with First Fidelity Bank and Midlantic Bank (now PNC) in New Jersey.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Gettysburg College. Emmons is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Emmons is also a board member at the Achievement Centers for Children. |
