George H. Jacobs is a career real estate financial professional specializing in retail and general commercial properties. He was formerly a principal at Hartz Mountain Industries, where he was responsible for developing more than 20 million square feet of retail, industrial and mixed use properties. Subsequently, George was a managing director of Roseland Properties and Vice President of the Kaplan Organization, where he was responsible for shopping center development and finance and acquisitions of numerous commercial properties. He consults on real estate finance, brokerage and development and has developed or co-developed numerous properties. George is a licensed real estate broker and planner and was a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), one of only 1200 nationwide. He is a graduate of Rutgers College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also has a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University. |
