George M. Calhoun is on the Board of the Company since November 2005.
Calhoun is currently serving on the faculty of the Howe School of Technology Management at the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken , N.J. and has spent more than 25 years in the high-tech segment of the wireless communications industry.
From 1999 to 2002 Calhoun has served as CEO and Chairman at Illinois Superconductor Corp. (AMEX: ISO) and as Chairman of the Board and the Audit Committee at Airnet Communications since 2003.
Furthermore, Calhoun holds a Ph.D. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a visiting professor at the Leiden University School of Management in the Netherlands.
Calhoun has been active in supervising the Sarbanes/Oxley compliance process at Airnet and Illinois Superconductor and was involved in the successful re-listing of ISCO .OB an Over The Counter Bulleting Board company to the American Stock Exchange. |
