George McDonald is Associate General Counsel to the Curtiss-Wright Corporation and currently serves as General Counsel to Curtiss-Wright Flow Control, overseeing all legal affairs including real estate, financial, corporate and general business matters. He also provides legal analysis, policy review and contract evaluation related to acquisitions, which has contributed to the company�s domestic growth and expanded international presence rior to joining Curtiss-Wright, Mr. McDonald served as Assistant General Counsel for H.J. Meyers and Co., Inc., with overall responsibility for litigation matters, including all areas of retail securities customer complaint litigation, NASD and NYSE arbitrations and employee related litigation. In addition, he oversaw matters of regulatory compliance, including interfacing with both federal and state regulatory authorities and monitoring broker activity and compliance.Mr. McDonald began his career as an associate at the New York-based firm of Lane and Mittendorf LLP, focusing on commercial litigation including insurance defense, environmental regulations and employment law.Mr. McDonald earned his Bachelor�s degree at St. Johns College, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law. |
