George Stephen Finley joined the Board of Ocean Rig ASA on June 28, 2006. He is the former Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Baker Hughes Inc. (1999 to 2006). Prior to joining Baker Hughes in 1982 he was employed by Navistar International Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees, the Contemporary Art Museum, Houston, Texas. Mr. Finley graduated with a BS in Accounting from Indiana State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He resides in Houston, Texas, USA.
