Mr. Brooker joined Encore in April of 2002 as Vice President and Controller. In June 2005, Mr. Brooker was named Vice President of Finance responsible for the organization's treasury, tax and risk management activities. In 2007, Mr. Brooker was named Senior Vice President and is currently responsible for the management of our legal and agency outsourcing relationships. Prior to Encore, Mr. Brooker was a consultant with Visionary Solutions, LLP, a management consulting firm specializing in early stage companies, was Vice President of Finance for Ziro Holdings Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of home furnishings, was a financial management associate with Textron, Inc., a Fortune 500 multi-industry company, and spent several years as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand.
Mr. Brooker received his Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University, an MBA from Duke University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
