Mr. Drazenovic is a financial manager and senior executive experienced in operations, finance and corporate development. He has Big 4 experience, a background in energy technology, biotech, real estate and utility organizations. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the board of several US based publicly-traded entities.
A professional accountant, Mr. Drazenovic is a member of the Certified General Accounts of British Columbia and Vancouver Society of Chartered Financial Analysts. He holds a Bachelor degree in economics from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Drazenovic has also instructed the world-renowned CFA program, and has lectured for several colleges and institutes in the areas of finance, fixed income securities, derivatives and financial statement analysis. |
