As executive vice president, CFO and treasurer since April 2003, Mr. Dunaway's responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, commissions and capitations, tax and treasury. Prior to joining CompBenefits, Mr. Dunaway was the CFO of Matria Healthcare where he was responsible for accounting, finance, business development, planning, and taxation and investor relations. His professional career also includes a series of financial positions with Dun & Bradstreet.
Mr. Dunaway holds a B.E., magna cum laude, in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania |
