George Dunaway serves as chief financial officer (CFO) for Cypress Care. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of Cypress Care�s financial and accounting operations, strategic planning and resource allocation. Prior to joining Cypress Care, Mr. Dunaway served in similar capacities for a number of public and private healthcare corporations. Mr. Dunaway has more than 20 years of accounting and financial management expertise and a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings/SEC reporting, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations, general accounting and reporting and systems implementations. Prior to joining Cypress Care, Mr. Dunaway served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at CompBenefits Corp., serving as a leader in the company�s successful four-year turn-around and expansion. Prior to CompBenefits, he served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Matria Healthcare, Inc. In addition, Mr. Dunaway has held senior financial management positions for Dun & Bradstreet, U.S., and was a project engineer for SONAT. Mr. Dunaway earned a bachelor of engineering degree from Vanderbilt University, magna cum laude, and a MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania�s Wharton School. |
