George Jackson , Chief Financial Officer, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984. Previously. Mr. Jackson was with the international accounting firm of KPMG. While there, he worked as a financial consultant and auditor for a number of film companies including Carolco Films and New World Pictures.
From 1985 to 1999, Mr. Jackson co-founded and assumed CEO and CFO positions for several physical fitness centers including management of over $20 million in annual revenue and 540 employees in the U.S. and Asia. As a part of this assignment, Mr. Jackson raised over $10 million in capital, while directly overseeing all accounting activities and preparation of financial statements for shareholders in the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Jackson sold his fitness center assets to Bally Total Fitness in early 2000, netting compounded annual returns of over 45% to his shareholders. From 2000 to present, Mr. Jackson has developed a new line of fitness centers in Asia and has served on the board of several fitness companies. |
