Practice
Mr. Kahale is Chairman of the Firm and has been with Curtis since 1974.
His practice includes joint ventures, transnational stock and asset acquisitions, privatizations, financings, project finance and economic development agreements. It also includes transnational litigation and international arbitration, state trading and issues relating to both corporate transactions and litigation involving governments and governmental entities. Mr. Kahale has written extensively on sovereign immunity, the act of state doctrine and related issues in international financial and legal publications.
Mr. Kahale has been a recurring name in Euromoney�s Expert Guides: Project Finance Lawyers.
