George has more than 25 years of experience in clinical and financial operations and technology solutions for healthcare organizations. He is a seasoned expert in performing information systems assessments and assisting with strategic planning labor productivity improvements revenue cycle performance and clinical operations.

Prior to joining Huron George was a Senior Vice President of Wellspring Partners now a Huron Consulting Group Practice.
Previously George was an independent consultant where he assisted distressed healthcare organizations with performance improvement initiatives to bring them to fiscal stability and profitable growth. He has helped improve clients' bottom lines by millions.
Before independently consulting George served Siemens Medical Solutions and Medicus Systems as a Director. He was also a Senior Manager for KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young LLP where he was a national healthcare practice leader for their case mix and cost management initiatives. In addition to assisting providers with developing and using decision support information he managed numerous engagements that resulted in improved clinical financial and functional outcomes through the application of practice redesign processes.
