George Morris was appointed Chairman of Arel's board of directors in July 2004. As a member of the board and consultant for Arel, George contributed his business acumen, financial prowess and strategic vision for the company since January of 2004. During his tenure as the Chief Financial Officer of the Iams Company, the global pet food company was acquired by Procter and Gamble in 1999. George has also held senior executive positions at the Borden Corporation and General Foods Corporation. Today, he is a member of the board of directors and a consultant for several companies in the fields of business strategy, corporate governance and finance. George holds a bachelors degree in business administration in accounting from St. Bonaventure University, an MBA from New York University, and studied in the advanced management program at the Amos Tuck Graduate Business School at Dartmouth College. |
