Mr. Oliva has nearly 20 years experience in high technology start-ups and high growth companies. He was most recently with Lightwave Microsystems Corp., a leading telecommunications optical component supplier. Mr. Oliva was Chief Financial Officer of Hammer Storage Solutions (formerly StreamLogic Corporation). Mr. Oliva served as Director of Finance & Operations Controller with Conner Technology where he was responsible for corporate planning & analysis as well as providing financial support to the manufacturing and sales organizations. He held similar positions with Conner Peripherals and Read-Rite Corporation. Prior to working in industry, Mr. Oliva was an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co, a leading public accounting firm, and passed the American Institute Certified Public Accountant s exam. Mr. Oliva received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
