CFO George Pardo has over 20 years of financial planning and management experience in successful high technology companies ranging from start-ups to multi-national firms. He joins ITM Software from Teneros Inc. where he was instrumental in closing funding rounds with NEA and Goldman Sachs.
Previous to Teneros, George was at Redline Networks where, as Vice President of Finance, his efforts contributed to Redline's purchase by Juniper Networks. George has also been controller for Sun Microsystems Professional Services Division where he improved the financial predictability and health of this high growth division and he worked as Vice President of Finance for Piiceon, Inc., a division of Dynatech Corporation. George has held accounting management positions with Convergent Technologies and Activision, Inc.; and he was a staff accountant for Coopers & Lybrand.
George has a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University. |
