George Pritchett began his metals career with Pioneer Aluminum in Wichita and served in various sales and operational positions in Wichita, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Seattle from 1967 through 1983. He also worked for Ducommun Metals and Sunshine Metals in Seattle. With most of he experience in the aerospace and defense metals area he entered the machined parts and assemblies business in a marketing role, working several years for All Fab Corporation in Everett WA and Taylor Precision Manufacturing in Tulsa OK.

In 1996 he returned to Pioneer Aluminum as a sales representative for the Southeastern United States. Soon after his return, Transtar Metals acquired the company. Ultimately he was promoted to Operations Manager, where he consolidated facilities, closing some operations and expanding others. After completing this assignment he returned to the commercial arena and managed branches in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Hot Springs AR. Other significant assignments included serving as Corporate Quality Manager and getting several facilities AS9100 registered.

During his employment in Seattle with Pioneer Aluminum, George assisted in establishing a National Association of Aluminum Distributors in the Northwest. Active in this organization, he served as both Vice-President and President.

George has many years of experience in recruiting in the metals industry, particularly in the aluminum sector. He has expanded work forces in the functional areas of operations, quality and sales in various locations around the United States. In order to do this with excellence, George has become an astute practitioner of organizational behavior, change management and talent assessment.

George is a native of Oklahoma and a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the Strategic Air Command on the Titan II program at Vandenberg AFB, CA and McConnell AFB, KS from 1963 1967. He attended Wichita State University and California State University at Fullerton. Today he resides in Hot Springs AR, where he remains highly involved in community affairs.
