George S. Repchick is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience serving in senior executive positions for a wide variety of long term care operators.
In addition to serving as a member of the Focus Management Group team, George also CEO of Saber Healthcare Group, LLC, a regional long term care company that specializes in turning around under-performing SNF and LTAC healthcare facilities. Under his leadership, Saber has built a successful track record of assuming control and turning around facilities struggling with operating losses and low census. Saber's portfolio of 30+ homes includes both managed and leased facilities.
George previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of a privately-owned, regional nursing home. During his tenure, George increased census, improved quality and moved the company from loss to profitability within a 5 month timeframe.
In another previous role, George served in multiple roles, including Regional Director for Sub Acute Operations and Regional Director of Operations, for Beverly Enterprises, a nationwide healthcare provider. In this capacity, George helped to significantly increase occupancy and profitability.
George was awarded his Master of Science Degree from the University of Scranton and his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
