George Spencer serves as Vice President and Director of KeyLogic�s Program Management Strategic Business Unit (SBU), with a focus on the company�s program management functions, national security programs and general business development. Based in Alexandria, Virginia, Mr. Spencer joined KeyLogic with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Research, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and more than 30 years of experience from his positions at CALIBRE Systems, Carnegie Group, Vector Research and the Department of Defense (DoD). At KeyLogic, Mr. Spencer has supported the DoD, particularly the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and has significantly contributed to the company�s success through the continuous growth of his SBU. Before coming to KeyLogic, Mr. Spencer was a director and principal at CALIBRE Systems, where he was responsible for developing and managing business in both the civil and defense sectors. He also served as the Program Manager for a nation-wide GSA information technology studies and analysis contract. Additionally, Mr. Spencer was the author of KeyLogic's Project Manager's Reference Guide (PMRG) and the corporate champion for aligning the PMRG with the Capability Maturity Model (CMM), which allows CMM processes to be applied to all of KeyLogic's software and analysis projects. |
