Gerald Crotty has an extensive background in international business, finance, government, and law. He serves on the boards of Weichert Enterprise portfolio companies and of Access Integrated Technologies, Inc., AXA Enterprise Multimanager Funds Trust, AXA Premier VIP Trust, and Jones Apparel Group, Inc. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Crotty held leadership positions with the ITT Corporation; he served as Chairman, President and CEO of ITT Information Services and President and COO of ITT Consumer Financial Corporation. Mr. Crotty was a Founding Member of the European U.S. Trade and Investment Center in Brussels. Prior to his work at ITT, he was Counsel and Secretary to the Governor of New York. After graduating from New York Law School, Mr. Crotty joined the law firm of Hawkins, Delafield & Wood. |
