Gerald J. Kahn, one of the founding partners of Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., focuses his practice on estate planning, corporate law and probate law. Gerald received his preparatory education at the University of Wisconsin Business School. He continued his education at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was executive editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He was listed in an article in Milwaukee Magazine as one of the outstanding lawyers in the Milwaukee area. Gerald is a certified public accountant and was formerly attorney-advisor to the Tax Court of the United States in Washington, D.C. Gerald is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
