Gerald Jackson�s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in disputes involving securities, contract, debtor and creditor transactions, insurance, energy, and products liability. He has also litigated complex business disputes and mass tort actions in state and federal courts, including class action lawsuits, as well as advocated in commercial arbitrations and before various tribal courts. Prior to joining Crowe & Dunlevy, Mr. Jackson was the Assistant Counsel to the Committee on Agriculture for the U.S. House of Representatives. As Assistant Counsel, he had primary responsibility for all legislative, investigative and oversight functions for environmental, public welfare assistance and international trade issues under the Committee�s jurisdiction. Mr. Jackson is actively involved in numerous Tulsa and Oklahoma civic and charitable organizations. In 2006, he was named one of Tulsa�s Twenty New Leaders.
