Mr. Chaney joined Pacific Sunwear in December of 2004 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Gerald Chaney most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Polo Ralph Lauren since November 2000. He was also employed at Kellwood Co. and Petrie Retail as Chief Financial Officer. He has held prior positions at General Mills Fashion Group and Scott Paper as Director of Finance and Vice President. Mr. Chaney has a B.S. in accounting from the University of South Alabama and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin. |
