Mr. Czarnecki has been a Director of the Company since June 2003. He is Chairman and CEO of The Deltennium Group a diversified holding group with operating companies in retailing and franchise operations investments in early and mid-stage private companies and service offerings in a broad range of management consulting specializations.
He has served as President COO and Director of UNC Inc. as Senior Vice President IBM Corporation as EVP President and CFO of Republic Texas Inc. and as President CEO and Director of Altus Bank. Mr. Czarnecki has also served as Chairman CEO and a Director of Honfed Bank Inc. and later as Chairman and CEO of Bank of America -Hawaii.
Mr. Czarnecki serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of State Farm is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Inc. member of the Board of Directors of State Farm Bank State Farm Fire & Casualty Future Keys Inc. CFM Partners Inc and Private Capital Inc.
He is a respected expert frequent speaker and seminar leader on a broad range of leadership and corporate governance issues serving as a Director of the National Association of Corporate Directors National Capital Area Chapter and as a consultant to Board Governance Services Inc. a third-party provider of advisory services to Boards of Directors.
