Mr. Gagliardi was appointed to the NetWolves Board of Directors on April 17th, 2006. Mr. Gagliardi was the Senior Vice President, Worldwide Customer Services (WCS) for NCR. He led that unit with operations in over 130 countries. WCS is a $2.5B services business performing hardware and software maintenance, outsourcing and professional services. NCR is headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. Prior to his position with NCR in July 2000, Mr. Gagliardi began consulting for E.M. Warburg Pincus & Co., LLC evaluating investments and providing managerial assistance within the Warburg Pincus portfolios. He served on due diligence teams including the Warburg investment in Avia. He served on the Board of multiple Warburg ventures; Concrete Inc., an internet content provider; Apar Infotech, an offshore technology provider; and Netbytel, a voice integrator; amongst others. He has done extensive work for venture capital firms including Frontenac, Chicago, Chase Capitol, New York, and Salt Creek Ventures, Chicago. He is CEO and President of Lyme Capital Group, Inc. a Warburg joint venture. Top |
