Gigi enjoys a nationwide trial and litigation practice. She represents clients regularly in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire. For more than ten years, she has defended insurers and administrators in life, health and disability insurance cases. She has successfully argued novel issues in ERISA and non-ERISA cases before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Due to her strong reputation in this area of law, Gigi has been asked to present at annual meetings of the Life, Health, Disability and ERISA section of the Defense Research Institute and the JHA Dynamics of Disability Seminar, a premier national disability conference. Gigi also has significant experience handling commercial, real estate and environmental litigation matters in federal and state courts. Having been principally responsible for broad electronic discovery in several large litigations, Gigi is proficient at navigating clients through the complex and comprehensive issues involved in e-discovery. |
