Lynn received her law degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1984 after graduating, summa cum laude, from St. Joseph's University in 1981. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1984 and to the New Jersey Bar in 1986. Lynn has a broad transactional practice representing businesses in all phases of their existence. Her experience includes structuring and negotiating business formations, joint ventures, purchases and sales of businesses (public and private companies), equity investments (public and private offerings), loans and restructurings (for lenders and borrowers), purchases, sales, financing and leasing of real estate for commercial and/or residential development, business dissolutions and separations, as well as counseling businesses with respect to securities, bankruptcy, family business and general business issues. |
