Jerry has over thirty years of executive management experience. He joined Splinex as CFO in June 2004, and was named President and COO in September 2005. Previously, he served in executive positions in public and private companies including CFO of Williams Controls, Inc. and President and COO of CliniCorp. He worked on Wall Street as managing director of corporate finance at Thomson McKinnon Securities Inc. and was a public accountant for Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG).
