Gerry serves as Director of Tax Services in the Financial Institutions group. As a certified public accountant and attorney, his years of accounting and tax experience including six years in positions with international public accounting firms and in private industry. In addition to providing income tax planning and compliance services rendered to financial institutions, he has directed the delivery of specialty services to our clients in areas such as mergers, consolidations and capital infusions by insurance funds. Gerry frequently addresses bankers and businessmen on tax planning, tax accounting and tax laws changes. Gerry is a graduate of Boston College. He is also a member of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
